An additional complication was the age of the building—a Victorian-era structure with outdated fixed wiring that required extensive rectification work. For the century-old site, our ability to organize and execute every detail was crucial. The plan involved installing 825 new, energy-efficient LED light fittings and rewiring to ensure the lighting infrastructure was fully fit for purpose.

By upgrading to LED lighting, the company now saves 280 MWh annually, contributing to a total of 1,120 MWh saved over the project's lifespan thus far.
